Mr. Dubey has received B.Tech degree from GNIT Noida (UPTU Lucknow), M.Tech from Govt. Engg College Ajmer (RTU Kota) and pursuing Ph.D. (CSE) from CPU Kota. Currently, he has working as a Faculty member in CSE department at Govt. Engineering College Ajmer from July 2010. Awarded Ph.D in Library and Infromation Science from University of Mysore, India for the title "Knowledge Organisation Systems in Digital libraries: A case of ETDs". He is also recipient of 2008 Endeavour Research Fellow to visit Australia as part his research study. Here, he investigated KOS aspects such as ontology, taxonomy, concept maps, metadata, information visualization, user experience, search strategy and others w.r.t Digital Libraries and Electronic Theses and Dissertations.

CHRISTOS PETREAS is a Business and Tourism Economist - Advisor, Researcher and Consultant in tourism and regional development, marketing, business re-organization and education and vocational training. He has served as Team Leader and EU Senior Expert for Regional Development and Tourism, in Technical Assistance programmes to governments of various countries primarily in the Balkans; educated in two USA universities, holder of an MBA degree, after working for about 15 years internationally (USA, Europe, Africa), Mr. Petreas is active for the last twenty years as advisor and consultant, based in Athens, in Greece and abroad, both in the public and private sector entities and local government authorities, and has been particularly involved with tourism development, tourism marketing and special interest tourism, SME’s development and European programmes. He has also served for two years as Scientific Advisor – Member of the Cabinet of the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Greece. His academic activities include 4 years teaching “Tourism Planning and Development” (Tourism Department at the University of Hertfordshire, Tourism Department – Athens Branch), 2 years teaching Tourism Marketing (Post-Graduate Programme in Tourism, Hellenic Open University), 5 years teaching Management (Athens College Programme for Adult Education). Dhananjay Singh is the Chair of the Global Division of Information Technology and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering at Hankuk (Korea) University of Foreign Studies (HUFS), Seoul, South Korea.Prior to joining HUFS, He was a Senior Member of Engineering Staff of Future Internet Architecture Division at Electronics and Telecommunication Research Institute (ETRI) from 2011 until 2012 and Postdoc Researcher of Division of Fusion and Convergence at National Institute of Mathematical Sciences (NIMS), Daejeon, South Korea from 2010 - 2012. He has completed his Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in the Department of Ubiquitous IT from Dongseo University (DSU),Busan, South Korea in March 2007 - Feb. 2010 and Master (M.Tech.) degree in the Department of Wireless Communication and Computing from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad (IIIT-Allahabad), India in July 2004 ~July 2006.

Dr. Singh has earned fellowship from Asia Pacific Advance Networks (APAN) to attend the meetings twice, once in 2006 at Singapore and again in 2007 at Manila. He has co-supervised two PhD candidates from Middlesex University, London in 2011, 2012 and serving as Associate Editor for International Journal of Network Protocols and Algorithms (NPA) for Smart Grids Protocols and Algorithms, USA and International Journal of Advances in Information Services and Service Sciences (AISS) South Korea, since 2010 ~ till date. He is a member of IEEE, ACM, and Korean Mathematical Society (KMS) as well as numerous scientific organizations since 2010 ~ till date. He is an author of more than 60 refereed scientific papers that includes International journals, patents, book, book chapters, tech. draft, and conference/workshop proceedings. His research interests focus on the design, analysis, and implementation of algorithms and protocols for large-scale data set to solve real-world problems in the fields of internet oriented WSN applications, MANETs, 6lowpan, e-Healthcare system, wireless mesh network, scale-free networks, IoT, signal and system, machine-to-machine communication, future internet architecture & services etc.
