I graduated „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree - Marketing.

In 2002, I obtained a Master's MBA Programme Degree in the Managerial Strategies and Policies at Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati.

I have defended my PhD thesis „Specializationof the Romanian Economy as a Factor to Increase Competitiveness on International Market” at the „Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Department of Economics.

I have 13 years' professional experience as an academicand a researcher.

My interests are related of the use of ICT in economics, as areflection of my work experience with an ICT companies and as an Associate Professor for „Dunarea de Jos” University in:

International Marketing,

International Trade,

International Tourism,

Comparative Economic Systems,

Technique of Foreign Trade,

Management Information System.

I am author/co-author of more than 80 papers published ininternational journals or presented at international conferences.

Also, my research activity is focused on Management Information Systems, Economic Modelling and Simulation, Sustainable Development and Technology Transfer in Economic Activity.
