I am a Cambodian Ph.D student in the field of Public Administration at School of Public Affairs of University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), China. I am also a Ph.D student in the field of Land Resource Management at Department of Land Resource Management, Chin University of Goesciences (Wuhan), China.
